Imagine yourself and your body in the future. How will you look and feel 20 years from now? How do you feel? Will you be proud of what you see when you look into the mirror? Just two years ago I had finally hit the breaking point. I had just been given a picture of myself sitting on a couch. I was FAT. How did I get this way? I never saw myself as a fat guy, but pictures don't lie. Somehow, I had ballooned and was over 45 pounds OVER WEIGHT! I was feeling sick. I was ashamed of myself. • 45 Pounds of fat • I could not walk an ordinary flight of stairs. CONSTANTLY sick all of the time. • My Energy levels were GONE • My SEX life way going away. • I was Fat, Flabby and TIRED all of the time. So, it finally hit me.... If I didn't do something FAST I was gonna die early. Or worse.... I would live with SERIOUS health problems brought on by my fat, out of shape body. Diabetes. Heart Attack. Stroke. Erectile Dysfunction. Cancer. I DID NOT want to live with one foot in the grave. Too many of my friends had lived and died like that.
